Trip to the Cartoon Museum

In my bid to keep finding inspiration anywhere and everywhere—I went to the Cartoon Museum earlier on this week. When I first arrived, I wasn’t sure whether I’d see anything that would trigger ideas or an ounce of excitement. Nonetheless, by the time I left, I felt energised with the possibilities open to me going forward.

It is here that I discovered British comic artist Woodrow Phoenix (am I late?) and I was particularly interested to see how some other artists used comics as a way of challenging political and social issues of their day.  I’m looking forward to sketching some ideas over the next few weeks!
